Water Extraction
After arriving on the scene of a water loss, a CleanWorks project manager will make an assessment and begin moving equipment to the site the same day. We usually use our largest dehumidifiers set up with air movers in a unique configuration engineered to get dry air to most wet areas simultaneously. If needed, CleanWorks will locate the drying equipment outside the building and then build a network of flexible ducts that bring the dehumidified air up throughout the property. This system will fill the building with air that has a relative humidity of 10%. This creates desert-like conditions inside, regardless of outside temperature or conditions. As a result, the moisture on the surface of your carpet will be absorbed by the air, which is then expelled. |

Initial emergency procedure dictates that our crews follow several intricate steps when arriving at a water loss. First, they will determine interior and exterior relative humidity levels by using instruments to evaluate water mitigation within walls, ceilings, wall cavities and other structural members. The team will then protect any undamaged furniture and contents Water often pulls stain off furniture and permanently stains your carpet.
Depending on the size of the water loss, technicians will physically remove as much water as possible and then extract carpet using truck-mounted extractor. Pulling carpet padding comes next as your pad has a plastic layer so air cannot pass through it. If necessary, technicians will ventilate behind ceilings, walls, and inside cabinets. When drying carpets, there are several restoration or replacement factors to consider such as the age and condition of the carpet, de-lamination or shrinkage, and permanent staining or color loss.

Restoration
This service simplifies planning, execution and restoration of property to the original condition. Project managers trained to work with people distressed by the effects of the disaster on their business, home and family, work carefully with disaster victims to reduce stress, facilitate restoration and offer suggestions on how to minimize loss and down-time.
This division of the company establishes a true inventory of damaged possessions, as well as parts of the property or building, such as doors, blinds, carpet and transports them to a repair center, cleans, and revitalizes and restores them to their original condition when possible.
Restoration allows clients to recover cherished mementos, expensive equipment and minimize loss. Insurers and property managers find policyholders and leaseholders relieved when facing personal loss of valued property, and businesses find their reduced loss stressful to the bottom line in cost, time and productivity.
